A young Londoner has told how he tried to return a stranger's cash after she dropped it in the street, only to be told: "Sorry – I'm not into black boys."

Joe Christie, 23, was on his way to buy some food on Saturday afternoon when he claims he saw £10 fall from the pocket of a woman in front of him in Streatham High Road.

Trying to do a good deed, he says he picked up the money and ran after the woman.

But he alleges that when he approached her with the note in his hand, she brushed him off with the astonishing racist line.

She then walked away in a hurry without taking the money, he says.

Aspiring rapper and student Mr Christie was left stunned - and decided to use the money to treat himself to some chicken and chips.

Wonder if the Metropolitan Police find her on CCTV?
