All religion is a crazy cult. Not sure why Scientology gets singled out.

I think because its the newest and everyone agrees it was clearly man made by 1 guy. Its something everyone can go....all the RON L HUBERD guy started it. So many of the other religions that cause so much trouble we cant really trace back to say....hey....lets believe in Jesus or God or Buddha etc etc

As Tevye would say it's "Tradition!" Hundreds or thousands of years of that kind of hraka lends you a bit of undeserved gravitas.

Mostly because it was invented by a guy who started it because someone bet him he couldn't create a religion.

Any criticism of any religion, and someone will complain that that religion is being "singled out". It's one of the three standard ploys whenever anyone makes a criticism of Islam.

Even if all religions were equally bad, it would still be good news if this particular one, scientology, got a setback. And of course, not all religions are equally bad; some are worse than others.

Obviously it's all crazy but its pretty obvious why it gets singled out isn't it, lets be honest here?

It's not thousands of years old and passed down from a time when logic and reason wasn't what we're all about. It's from a few decades ago.
