Right now the black people in Baltimore are hurting themselves. They are looting and burning the local grocery stores, check cashing stores, cvs stores, malls etc. The owners are going to take the insurance checks afterwards and leave town. Have fun riding the bus for an hour to get groceries now. The cops aren't going to respond to a lot of these neighborhoods any more either. A lot of sections of baltimore are already abandoned for this same reason.
