Why does 4ct hate Reddit more than any other website? I mean, I get why everyone hates Tumblr, but Reddit on the other hand seems based enough if you ask me. They have based scientific, literary, historical communities, they more often than not produce their own memes (they still borrow most of them from 4ct of course), and most of the website is usually helpful on any kind of issue one has. Hell, last I checked Reddit is in love with 4ct; they have /r/4ct, /r/progrider, and countless other subreddits dedicated to 4ct and other such content and they get a decent amount of traffic.

So, again, why does 4ct hate its best friend so much?

It's more of a meme at this point that newfags take way too seriously. I've never really been on reddit that much but it doesn't seem so awful. People seem nice and helpful for the most part. Of course they have their fair share of rude retards but so does 4ct, /bijou/ especially. The only thing I hate about reddit is the karma bullshit. The nice thing about 4ct is everybody is anonymous and equal. Your opinion won't get hidden because you're not popular and you can argue with someone in one thread and agree with them in the next.

4ct is better than reddit but in all honesty reddit is better than /bijou/.

/bijou/ is such a shit board full of high school newfags. In a way, I'm happy it serves as a cancer containment board but it's sad to see how badly it's disintegrated. I've been avoiding /bijou/ since around 2014 but I still pop on every now and then. It's the laughing stock of 4ct. Every other board fucking hates /bijou/ and with good reasons.
