Reddit is okay for niche stuff, but the "front page" is a constant circlejerk. Everyone complains about points, as if their points actually mean something. And they complain about reposts, as if that means jack shit anyway. If someone disagrees with you, they can just push you a little down arrow without saying a word, so only popular opinions see the light of day.
