Everytime I play online things will be working fine then go to shit for a second (lag, frame skips etc ) then back to normal.

I don't have the best internet ever, but I'm using a wired connection.
Down: 16.37mbps
Up: 2.1mbps
Latency: 44ms
Packet loss: 0% (though one time it said 1%)
MTU: 1480

Like I said not the best internet but it isn't total shit either
