I guess Nintendo now really likes Fire Emblem?
Fire Emblem Echoes for 3DS in May
Fire Emblem mobile game next month
Fire Emblem Warriors for Switch and New 3DS this fall
Fire Emblem main entry for Switch in 2018.
Jesus Christ, I never expected for this series to get the Nintendo milking treatment. As it stands, I'm only really interested in Echoes and the new Switch game. The mobile game does look neat though. I may check it out if it isn't an overpriced shit show like most mobile games these days. Dynasty Warriors sucks, so 100% no to FE Warriors.

Did you pay Hyrule Warriors? I enjoyed it despite not being a fan of Dynasty Warriors.
I'm backlogged on Fire Emblem games, though.

I have not thanks to the Nintendo tax. If it ever gets a Nintendo Selects release for $20 then maybe I'll try it then.

Never played Fire Emblem but I hear my 3DS is wasted without it.

I recommend Awakening. Probably the most "beginner-friendly" game in the series, and it's pretty fantastic.

Awesome! I've only just gotten into this series with Awakening and Fates but I want to play many of the earlier entries. Awakening and Fates are two very special games.

It does seem to have jumped in popularity in recent years, I assume it's pretty big in Japan.
Four games across 3 platforms in 2 years isn't really milking though.
