I just can't handle the cutscenes. I just really don't like them. I played this game past the first dungeon which was cool. But the cut scenes made me want to puke.
I believe that the cutscenes are going to do nothing but get worse in this game if I continue to play it. So I decided to throw the game in the trash. Lol.

I wasn't impressed by Skyward Sword until some way into it - maybe halfway through the first dungeon, which is quite far, since it has a lot of text and cutscenes to begin with. According to an IwataAsks, there was someone who found ways of sneaking in more and more cutscenes into the game's opening, despite Miyamoto's objections. I suspect that employee (who has quite an influential role) is the weak link in the Zelda team right now. Nintendo need to employ better writers or just not include so many cutscenes.
The amount of cutscenes and text the game has to begin with means it's slow to start. Also, Fi can be annoying, depending on whether you appreciate hand-holding (I definitely don't). But not before too long the game gets really good and shows a great amount of creativity.
Although, I didn't seem to mind the cutscenes nearly as much on the second playthrough.
Overall, it's a game that divides people significantly. Plenty of Zelda fans were bound to take issue with the use of the Motion Plus, but I’m glad they went ahead with it regardless. They took the risk of integrating motion controls as thoroughly as they did, and it created unique gameplay mechanics. If no one enjoyed it, then it would have been a failure. But a sufficient number of gamers loved it, which makes it a success. The fact that others didn’t is part of the deal when it comes to trying something new. The same happened with the introduction of 3D, repeated time-cycles, cel-shading and touch screen controls. In fact, I love it when the experts at Nintendo disregard what the “fans” are crying out for, and instead try to make whatever they think is new and brilliant.

It's just, the cutscenes. I can't play the game even if it gets good if it still has more cutscenes, which I know it will. They're too cutsy or something. I mean I know they are, for my taste.
And no, I didn't literally throw the game away, I just refuse to play it. Lol.
And i'm not even saying it's a bad game,It's obviously well made. It's just not my kind of game.
Yea, I do have an allergic reaction to the cut-scenes. Ya it sounds weird but I swear it's true.

It's a great Zelda game no doubt. I hope it gets a Wii U or Nintendo Switch release.
