I could also see Nintendo retreat from 30 to 20 games with some bs 'to keep pricing low' reasoning.
Personally I would shell out $100 or so if enough strong third party titles are included.
If they do deliver 30 games, I think the SNES Classic will be a much greater experience than the NES Classic thus far. I was lucky enough to purchase first week, & while I haven't often played the arcade classics like Pac Man, Galaga, or Donkey Kong, that they're there (+ we've got them on the machine instead of forever out in the ether, in a completist sense) is a bit of a catch 22. SNES has no tether to earlier gen titles, I'm looking forward to it.
