I've got the part needed for Cid to craft it but he won't. Do I need to be up to a certain chapter for him to make it? I'm on chapter 8 now.

Whatever they did in the update has changed the resolution of the game. Damn son! It ain't even full screen anymore.

I think you can get the ultima blade as early as chapter 3? Not sure, but I'll bet you're plenty far enough for it.

All you have to do is go into system settings on the console to fix it.

I got Ultima Blade in Chapter 3 so I don't think so.
