Any thoughts on Tidus from FFX?

I haven't played it in years. I do remember thinking he was a little annoying and a bit of a wuss at times, and that forced laugh scene was cringe! Basically the general consensus.

oh and Tide-us sounds better than Tea-dus.

He kind of looks like Malibu Barbie's BFF. I hear he doesn't afraid of anything

I liked him. I did wish I could control a different character on the main screen.

Probably the second worst character in the main cast after Kimahri, and Kimahri's only problem is that he's extremely boring. If he was written in to be the main protagonist with some spin on the story where Sin destroyed the era of his race, the story in general would be much much better.

It's not strictly that Tidus sucked...
Most of the voice cast sucks, but I guess it was early outings for most of them.
his VA has since redeemed himself as Obi Wan in clone wars.

Hated his story though, daddy issues are boring in games, even when your dad is basically Captain Jack sparrow and Kanye west rolled into one.
