eBay buyer changed his mind after winning item

Sorry for the Off-topic thread, just need quick advice. Basically, I sold a PlayStation 3 to a user on eBay, just instantly after he won, he responded saying "sorry made a mistake" don't want it", and then again the next day "Don't want it". Now, this happened before with another user regarding a phone, I said okay to him, and issued the mutual cancellation request, he never responded and I got charged Final Fee.
So, to the PS3 guy, I opened the unpaid item case, just yesterday. However, just there now tonight, he sent me a message saying "I don't fucking want it!". So, it's obvious he won't negotiate, what should I do next, report him or wait for eBay to step in?

I think report him. People like that made me mad. Rude asshole.
If he doesn't pay make sure eBay know about it so he gets blacklisted.

He has to buy it - he won it. He can't just change his mind. Get the money. You did nothing wrong - he did. He can't rescind an eBay win.

Keep the complaint going. If he didn't contact you before the auction ended, then he's at fault.

Dumb twats like that are the reason why I only list items using “Buy It Now” and require immediate payment.

I have used Ebay quite a bit in the late 90's.
Here are things you can do:
Do you have his real-life name and address yet? (You will need those to mail him the item.)
If Yes:
1. If you have an attorney on retainer have the chap sent a legal demand letter saying he'll be sued for breach of contract. Get around the immediate "why the heck would someone sue over something this petty" thought by having your attorney explain you are a wealthy dude, cost is no object, and it's the principle of the thing.
2. Go over to his house and kick his ass, or at least smash up a few things.
3. Send him your own letter on certified mail, saying you are going to retain an attorney in his state to sue him. That might spook him a bit.
If No:
1. Check his feedback. Does he have any negative feedback on non payment?
2. Send him an email saying you'll leave bad feedback if he reneges.
3. Leave bad feedback.
Hope this helps.

You don't even need to mess with him just get your final value fee reimbursed which it automatically should have when you cancelled the transaction. Call customer service.
