Never solo until you get enough experience to understand how every class and character works, so stay in a team. Follow the recommended items until you know exactly how you like to play. Also try every class type so you can get the feel and know which one you prefer.

also check twitch there are people teaching the game while streaming.

Don't listen to the people. Begin playing with bots, choose a champion that seems cool to you or a recommended easy one (from current rotation's, I'd say give Caitlyn a try in bot lane as an adc (Attack Damage Carry) )
If your thing is more to support and help your teammates, try Janna out.
Play different champions and save IP for one that you've played that you like so you can unlock it permanently.
When buying items, make sure to build them in recipe (for example, a Brutalizer is 1337 gold, but the recipe is 2x Long Swords at 360 gold, so buy them when you go to base instead of waiting for the full amount)

And don't chase Singed.

The only tip I can give you OP is to play this entire season without ever playing a ranked match.

Unless you want to make a new account and get it to 30 before playing ranked again.
