She pretty much lets you fuck her so you will stay around seeing as lily took that trip and she was all alone. There is not a hint of enjoyment from her in the whole thing and the good ending sure lets stay together i guess. I mean you are a good friend right?.

I never finished lilys route so i dont know how she feels about it. I think hanako being a secret lesbian also makes for a better story i know that was misha thing but hanako is never confirmed so it works in another level
