No, but I had a hunch /book/ would tooth-and-nail defend their poor vocabulary. I bet the people in this thread would also defend saidbookisms.

Incidentally, Confederacy of Dipshits is fit to burst with saidbookisms and other amateur mistakes. I will never understand how that book managed to win a Pulitzer. It took twenty years for that steaming pile of wood pulp to be published; there's a reason for that. The only dunces I'm aware of are the people who gave that book such stellar reviews.
